Bringing Together the Best of the Pacific Southwest

Welcome to

Pacific Southwest NEBB

NEBB is the premier international certifying association for firms and individuals that deliver high performance buildings and systems. The newly joined forces of Pacific Southwest NEBB consists of National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) U.S.A. members from California, Hawaii and Nevada.

As of January 1st, 2024, Pacific Southwest NEBB has welcomed Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Taiwan to the chapter.

PSW NEBB represents 97 NEBB Certified Firms.

Our mission is to assist architects, engineers, contractors and owners by providing superior service in testing, adjusting and balancing of HVAC systems. Technical and Practical Testing is now performed at our lab facility in San Dimas, CA.

NEBB Certified Firms Provide

  • By pressure testing the whole building and leak testing various zones and components, Building Enclosure Testing validates the effectiveness of all air barriers. This seal of approval helps reduce energy consumption, while providing a comfortable environment for all occupants.
